(a) The Executive Director of the Company may establish the internal organizational structure deemed adequate regarding the tax on the room occupancy rate and shall have discretion to designate the different work areas, as well as in the operation, quasi-legislative and adjudicative phases.(b) The Executive Director of the Company may appoint the officers and employees deemed necessary for the faithful compliance of the provisions of this chapter.(c) In order to attain the objectives of this chapter, the Company may subcontract the persons or services it deems necessary.
