After presenting the evidence and the reports by both parties have been concluded, the court shall immediately issue its decision unless it finds it necessary to reserve its opinion, in which case, and excepting the express waiver of the minor or his legal counsel if the minor is not present, shall issue it within two (2) days following the conclusion of the adjudicative hearing.If the court determines that the minor has not been guilty of a fault and said minor is detained, it shall order his immediate release, unless he must continue in detention by virtue of a valid order issued in another procedure.
