In situations unforeseen by law, these rules or the rules approved by the Supreme Court, both the Supreme Court as well as the Circuit Court of Appeals shall indict the proceeding in the manner that in their judgment serves the best interests of all the parties.The Supreme Court and the Circuit Court of Appeals reserves the power to waive terms, briefs or specific procedures in any case before their consideration, in order to achieve a more fair and efficient settlement.
