The People and any of the defendants summoned may challenge the entire panel of the Grand Jury or any individual juror. The court shall instruct the defendants as to the time and manner of exercising this right. History —June 18, 1919, No. 58, p. 302, § 5, eff. 90 days after June 18, 1919.
