Twelve (12) jurors shall constitute a quorum. Should this number be incomplete, the court shall order the drawing of such new jurors as may be necessary. The number of jurors shall not exceed fifteen (15). If after excuses and challenges allowed by the court and the number of jurors present exceeds fifteen (15), a drawing shall be had of the names of the fifteen (15) members who are to form the Grand Jury.
