The Grand Jury may investigate any offense cognizable by them within the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance in which they are acting, though no charge shall have been submitted to them by the fiscal. History —June 18, 1919, No. 58, p. 302, § 24, eff. 90 days after June 18, 1919.
