Every member of the Grand Jury shall keep secret whatever may have been said during their deliberations and the manner in which he himself or his fellow-jurors may have voted; but may, however, be compelled by any court to disclose the testimony given by a witness before the Grand Jury, in the two (2) cases following:(1) For the purpose of ascertaining whether such evidence is consistent with that given before the court.(2) Upon the trial of the witness on a charge of perjury.
