If the motion to set aside the indictment is not made, the defendant is precluded from afterwards taking the objections mentioned in § 572 of this title, and no objection of any kind whatsoever to the panel or to an individual grand juror either by challenge, motion to quash, or otherwise, shall be considered by the court after the impanelling of the petit jury.
