When judgment upon a conviction is rendered, the clerk must enter the same in the minutes, stating briefly the offense for which the conviction was had, and the fact of a prior conviction (if one) and must, within five (5) days, annex together and file the following papers, which will constitute a record of the action:(1) The information, and copy of the minutes of the plea or demurer;(2) a copy of the minutes of the trial;(3) all the charges given by the court to the jury and those requested by the parties, and the endorsement thereon, and(4) a copy of the judgment.The court clerks shall remit, within five (5) days following the date on which the judgment is to be final and firm, a certified copy of the judgment in the criminal charges concerning the adulteration of milk, §§ 791-795 of Title 24, to the Secretary of Health, the Administrator of the Milk Industry and the Secretary of Agriculture.
