Persons adversely affected by the determination of the Administrative Director of the Board may request reconsideration within ten (10) days after receiving notice of the determination. The request authorized herein shall not interrupt the term to file a complaint to contest the forfeiture.Persons who, in lieu of exhausting all administrative remedies before the Board, choose to file a complaint must do so within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the forfeiture, in strict compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
