Forfeitures initiated as of the effective date of this act, and the procedures which have been initiated by virtue of the forfeiture proceedings under Act No. 93 of July 13, 1988, as amended, known as the 'Uniform Seizure Act of 1988,', shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
