This chapter shall be known as the 'Puerto Rico Minors’ Act.' Its provisions shall be applicable with preference over other laws, and in case of conflict, the special principles of this chapter shall prevail.\nHistory —July 9, 1986, No. 88, p. 276, § 1, eff. 180 days after July 9, 1986.
