Any resolutory measure shall cease when any of the following circumstances occur:\n(a) When the maximum term provided by law has expired, unless § 2229 of this title has been applied;\n(b) when the minor attains twenty-one (21) years of age;\n(c) when he has been rehabilitated.\nHistory —July 9, 1986, No. 88, p. 276, § 28, eff. 180 days after July 9, 1986.
