The prosecutor or trial judge performing the investigation shall make a report of the cases of deaths which appear to have occurred under any of the circumstances enumerated in § 3011 of this title to the Institute, which shall provide for the pertinent investigation.\nHistory —July 24, 1985, No. 13, p. 689, § 15, retroactive to July 1, 1985.
