In any case that is investigated by the personnel of the Institute at the site of the death, said personnel shall make notes at the site of all the circumstances deemed significant, such as the position and location of the corpse, blood stains, signs, objects, clothes, fibers, signs of violence, as well as the manner and cause of death. General and specific photographs shall be taken, and such studies for identification and of any other nature that may be performed on the scene shall be carried out.
