The Puerto Rico DNA Data Bank is hereby established, which shall be attached to the Puerto Rico Forensic Science Institute, and administered by its Director according to the public policy established by the Board. The DNA Data Bank shall have the capacity to store, classify, analyze and compare DNA records pursuant to this chapter.
