The Board shall have the following duties and powers with regard to the administration of the Puerto Rico DNA Data Bank:\n(a) Supervise and evaluate the administration and management of the Institute with regard to the Puerto Rico DNA Data Bank.\n(b) Require reports and statistical data from the Institute as deemed necessary.\n(c) Promulgate such regulations that are needed to comply with the purposes and provisions entrusted to it in this chapter, pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedure Act'.\nHistory —July 24, 1998, No. 175, § 6.
