(a) The records resulting from the analysis established in this chapter shall be deposited in the DNA Data Bank.\n(b) Any information generated from the procedures related to the analysis of the sample as well as the sample itself, shall be retained by the Institute.\nHistory —July 24, 1998, No. 175, § 10.
