If the absentee appear or his existence be proven during the provisional possession, the effect of the resolution or decree ordering said provisional possession shall cease, without affecting the validity of the measures taken in compliance with the provisions of §§ 131-141 of this title for the preservation and administration of the estate of the absentee.
