The Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the District Court of Puerto Rico to take cognizance of the proceedings herein provided. The provisions of §§ 841-847 of this title shall not affect the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico to take cognizance of the guardianship proceedings provided in this title.
