A man is presumed to be the father when he and the mother of the children are married to each other and the children are born during the marriage, and when the children are born within three hundred days (300) after the marriage is terminated.Voluntary acknowledgment creates a presumption of paternity in favor of the recognizer.Child delivery determines maternity.
