Puerto Rico Legal Code
A copy of the timeshare or vacation club permit, as applicable, shall be given to each purchaser prior to the execution of a purchase contract. A receipt for the timeshare permit in the form the Company may prescribe by regulation, shall be obtained from the purchaser. A copy of the applicable permit, and a statement advising that a copy of the permit may be obtained from the developer at any time, shall be posted in a conspicuous place in any office where dispositions or offers are regularly made. The developer shall retain each receipt for a permit for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt. A developer may make copies of a permit issued and retained on file by the Company. History —Dec. 26, 1995, No. 252, § 2-106.
