Any developer whose application for a timeshare or vacation club right has been denied may, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the order of denial, file a written request with the Company for a hearing on such denial. If a request is filed, a hearing shall be held in accordance with the laws applicable to administrative adjudications. History —Dec. 26, 1995, No. 252, § 2-109.
