The developer of a timeshare plan or vacation club may deliver the information, explanations, and disclosures required by this subchapter to prospective purchasers of timeshares, vacation club rights or accommodations in a more summary manner, including through the use of tables or charts, as authorized by the Company, by regulation or otherwise, if such disclosures are deemed by the Company to accomplish meaningful and effective disclosure to such prospective purchasers.
