The Company may, following the issuance of a cease and desist order pursuant to § 1261b of this title, and if no hearing has been requested to contest the order within the time frame permitted, or if the developer has unsuccessfully exhausted all administrative remedies available to contest the order, by order, revoke or suspend a timeshare or vacation club permit. After exhausting all administrative remedies available, the developer may petition for judicial review consistent with the regulations to be issued hereunder in conformity with the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
