The structures planned or begun which have been recorded pursuant to § 1265b of this title, or the structures already commenced pursuant to the provisions of said § 1265b, shall be declared by public deed upon their completion. Such declaration shall be made by the developer and shall be recorded under the particular entry of the respective property. The final description of each completed accommodation may be recorded, even though only the structures planned or under construction appear recorded, and a marginal reference note shall be made under the matrix record.
