The conveyance or encumbrance referred to in § 1262b of this title shall be entered under the particular matrix record, but in cases coming under § 1262c of this title, the entry shall be made under the particular filial record of the accommodation in accordance with the provisions of the last sentence of § 1265c of this title, accommodation to which the same belongs in accordance with § 1266 of this title.
