The right of ownership, with regard to things may be of different kinds:\n(1) A full and entire ownership, or the right to use, enjoy and alienate things.\n(2) The right to use or to enjoy them, or both at the same time.\n(3) The right to certain servitudes constituted upon immovables.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 281.
