The majority of the owners shall agree upon the necessary works for the preservation or security of the building, and the efficient use of the common areas. If the efficient use works curtail the enjoyment of any particular owner, such works cannot be performed without the consent of the affected owner.The unanimous consent of all the owners is required for all works that adversely affect the common elements of the building.
