Succeeding transactions shall be entered under the filial records of the respective apartments.The proportional share or percentage in the common elements appertaining to the owner of each apartment shall be deemed conveyed or encumbered jointly with the apartment, without need of entering under the principal or matrix record such conveyance or encumbrance of the proportional share in those elements.
