The owner of a lodging unit shall be entitled to occupy his/her lodging unit (or a lodging unit equal in size to his/her lodging unit) during the occupancy period allowed, and subject to the restrictions provided in the master deed and the leasing contract. Such right does not exempt the owner of a lodging unit and the administrator from complying with any law, regulation or condition imposed by the Tourism Company to issue licenses or grant tax benefits.
