Projects in progress or commenced, which have been subject to registration pursuant to § 1296i of this title or works already commenced pursuant to the provisions of § 1296j of this title, shall be recorded upon their completion on the particular registry of the respective parcel. The definite description of each lodging unit, commercial unit or residential unit built may be registered, even if only the works in progress or to be commenced are registered by making a marginal reference note on the parent parcel.
