No owner of a commercial unit shall be entitled to participate in the decision-making process relative to the administration of the condo hotel or to contest the actions that the administrator may take in the discharge of his/her duties as such, except as otherwise provided in the master deed or this chapter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, capital improvements shall only be carried out without the approval of the owners of commercial units if it so specifically provided in the master deed.
