The Company shall require the proponent of the condo hotel, project for which a government license, endorsement, incentive or benefit is requested, and/or his/her affiliates to submit a summary of his/her experience in the administration of projects and evidence of his/her technical and financial capacity which guarantees the feasibility of the project prior to the granting or authorization of any government license, endorsement, incentive or benefit available for the development of tourist facilities.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 2008, No. 249, § 12; Dec. 16, 2009, No. 178, § 31; June 24, 2010, No. 67, § 31.
