(a) It is hereby provided that in any production, recording, show, or musical-artistic or any other kind of event, the complete name of the composer of the musical work or corresponding song shall be specified and mentioned in addition to the complete name of the artist or performer.(b) Infringement of the provisions of in subsection (a) of this section shall entail the remedies and actions established in §§ 1401f, 1401g and 1401h of this title, without excluding any other corresponding administrative or judicial action.
