Pasturage in common may only be established in the future by an express consent of the owners, contained in a contract or last will, and not in favor of a community of persons or upon a community of property, but in favor of specified individuals and on tenements also definite and specified.\nA servitude established in accordance with this section shall be governed by the document constituting it.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 536.
