All the formalities mentioned in this subchapter, shall take place in a single act, and no interruption shall be allowed, except such a one as may be caused by a momentary incident.\nThe notary shall certify, at the end of the will, that all said formalities have been complied with and that he is acquainted with the testator or with the witnesses of identification in a proper case.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 649.
