If the compulsory condition imposed upon the heir or legatee is a negative one, or of not giving or not doing something, they shall fulfill it by giving security that they will not do or give what was prohibited by the testator, and that in case of contravention they will return what they have received, with its fruits and interest.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 729.
