If the testator should not clearly establish the appointment of joint executors nor determine the order in which they are to discharge their duties, it shall be understood that they have been appointed severally, and they shall discharge their duties in the manner prescribed in the two foregoing sections.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 819.
