Should the heir repudiate the inheritance to the prejudice of his own creditors, the latter may request the part of the Court of First Instance having jurisdiction to authorize them to accept it in the name of the former.\nThe acceptance shall be of benefit to the creditors only insofar as it covers the amount of their credits.
