The obligations of doing shall be divisible when their purpose is the presentation of a number or days of work, the execution of works by units of measurement, or other similar things which by reason of their nature are capable of partial fulfilment.\nIn obligations of not doing the divisibility or indivisibility shall be decided by the character of the prestation in each particular case.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1105.
