Payments shall be made at the place designated in the obligation.\nShould it not have been designated, and when a determined thing is to be delivered, the payment shall be made at the place where the thing existed at the time of constituting the obligation.\nIn any other case the place of payment shall be that of the domicile of the debtor.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1125.
