The losses or deterioration which the personal property, belonging to either of the spouses, may have suffered even though by a fortuitous event, shall be paid out of the conjugal property, should there be any.\nThose suffered by the real property shall not be payable in any case.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1321.
