The price of securities, grain, liquids, and of other perishable things shall also be considered as fixed when the prices fixed are the same as the things, if sold, would have on a certain day on exchange or on the market, or when a certain amount is fixed above or below the price of such day, on exchange or on the market, provided said price be fixed.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1337.
