In the three (3) following cases the vendee shall owe interest from the time the thing is delivered until the payment of the price:\n(1) Should it have been so stipulated.\n(2) Should the thing sold and delivered produce fruits or income.\n(3) Should he be in default in accordance with § 3017 of this title.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1390.
