In the event that the durable power of attorney provides for the alienation of one or more real properties of which the principal is the owner, in whole or in part, a description thereof shall be included therein. The real property of which the Principal is the owner, in whole or in part, and that constitutes his/her homestead shall also be identified. If the principal wishes that the power includes any property acquired after the execution thereof, it shall thus be stated in the document.
