The emphyteuticary may dispose of the emphyteutic estate and of its accessions by acts inter vivos as well as by last will, reserving the rights of the legal owner, and subject to the provisions of §§ 4217 et seq. of this title.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1525.
