If two or more partners have been entrusted with the management of the partnership without their duties having been fixed, or without a statement having been made that one of them shall not act without the consent of the others, each one may severally exercise all acts of administration; but any of them may oppose the acts of the others before they have produced any legal effect.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1584.
