The depositum included in subsection (1) of § 4691 of this title shall be governed by the provisions of the law which establishes it, and, in the absence thereof, by those of voluntary depositum.\nThose included in subsection (2) shall be governed by the rules of voluntary depositum.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1682.
