The judicial citation shall be considered as not made and shall not cause interruption:\n(1) If it should be void by reason of the absence of legal formalities.\n(2) If the plaintiff should withdraw his complaint or should permit the proceedings to lapse.\n(3) If the suit against the possessor should be dismissed.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1846.
